Amazon FBM shipping issue with Evri drop off

Hi,

I am a newbie and sold my first item yesterday. I bought shipping with Evri and printed the label and off i went to drop it off at an 'inpost' locker. It did not accept the code on the label and neither did any Parcel shop in the local area. It just keeps saying 'code not accepted'. I don't know what i am doing wrong, the label is printed from seller central, cut the ends and stuck on the parcel. I am so stressed, please help.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong - this has been an ongoing problem for a while and they were supposed to be looking into it. Your best solution would be to cancel that label and just send via RM.

I don't use Evri, so cannot offer any other advice, sorry, but maybe someone else might come along and advise if the problem has been sorted out.

Hi. We use the Evri Standard and Next Day services in Seller Central and I have taken 35 parcels to our local Evri Parcel Shop (Spar Shop) this morning and all scanned perfectly fine and being collected by Evri as we speak. We have a business account with Evri so that may be your issue if you don't have one yet....try getting hold of a rep from Evri to get one set up etc. When we use our business account to generate labels outside of Seller Central for say eBay or Etsy etc, then the Parcel Shops won't scan them for some reason and we have no idea why. Having said that, it isn't normally an issue as we have an Evri collection everyday from our warehouse so all parcels go with that collection regardless of where we have generated the label from if that makes sense. We only had to go the Parcel Shop today as a one off as our regular guy from Evri failed to collect yesterday due to van issues but other than that no issues whatsoever. Hope this helps a little with your issue. 👍

I had the same issue. I print some Evri labels on ebay and all was scanned and posted, but those printed on Amazon was not accepted in the Parcel Shop or locker. So just cancelled labels and sent them with Royal Mail :(

here, here. I've tried following the link from the buy shipping page: received an email from evri that they "are not onboarding new clients until the new year"

I've tried purchasing evri labels through amazon buy shipping with "drop off" option + standard but neither of these work when trying to drop off parcels?

Any suggestions of a work around much appreciated.

thanks
