Brand Registry UK
We are having a complete nightmare registering our brand.
We are the only nominated independent UK retailer of the brand but we keep being refused the brand registry yet several smaller retailers are selling our stock using images from our website
We have supplied the following
Live images
Open cartons
Built products
Commercial Invoices
Invoices
PO's
This has been going on since March, anyone else had this issue?

From what you are saying, it doesn't appear to me that it is YOUR brand. You are the nominated retailer but the brand is someone else's.
I think, but pleased to be proved wrong, that the brand owner needs to register the brand and make you the nominated retailer.
It's been a while since I read up on Brand Registry but I would recommend you do and check that you meet every detail. Don't expect anyone at Amazon to offer any useful help or to explain the issue and recommend a solution.
