Customer service can't help
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing these issues, but customer service reps don't have any access to our Case ID's to help resolve any issues. Recently we have been having trouble in the ungating process and in the past we would submit a help ticket for a customer service rep to manually review the invoices, but now it seems customer service don't have the ability to review the case Id's. If anyone has a direct email or contact phone number for an at amazon to help resolve our issues.

Hello @Seller_zLo5Ef2Ld8wKE- and thanks for posting about this issue.
I would recommend making sure you are connecting with the appropriate region of Amazon seller support, if you reach a team from a different marketplace, or from a different segment, like Advertising, teams may not have full access into case specifics.
