Shipment creation has been blocked (Import Entry Number(s) missing – Import Records Required)
When i try to create shipments to FBA i get this error. i was able to print SKUs for one of the products in the same shipment but when i wanted to do the same for the other product i got this error. I go shipping queue and all previous shipments were closed and i cannot edit them to enter IEN. Actually i didnt enter any IEN there because i didnt have it. now i get this error. how to solve this?

following, getting the same error despite all shipment being sent via ddp directly to amazon warehouse, read somewhere on this forum that ddp shipment doesn't require the IEN.
