10 emails received in 1 minute "Seller Central Account Created"
Seller for over 10 years.
In the space of 1 minute, we have received 10 emails from Amazon with the subject "Seller Central Account Created".
The email says:
"We have completed the required verifications and you can now grant permissions to the secondary user from Seller Central"
I didn't add any recent secondary users. Also the account info says "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services
Your information is currently being validated" but I didn't recently submit any documents.
Had some issues with the OTP yesterday, couldn't log in for 24 hours.
Not sure if this is related. Hopefully just a glitch and not issue with our account.

Have you checked that a new secondary user hasnt been added? and checked everything on your account to make sure all the info is definitely still right and yours?

This does sound like someone has accessed your account, if you are certain the emails are from SS, hopefully you have not clicked any links on them.
As a bare minimum you need to immediately change your password, and then check all settings, particularly the secondary user to make sure this has not been added, and also the bank account for disbursement.

these are genuiene emails but dont know why we received this and I dont think its because someone accessed account or similar thing.
Whats frustrating is, as usual seller support has no idea on this and when contacted they kept sending ready template answers.
This seems to be some routine verification things from amazon but why dont they tell us and clarify this?
