Letter of Authorisation
I am having great difficulty in getting my Letter of Authorization approved. I have followed the template provided by Amazon but my letters keep getting rejected. I am the sole owner and employee of my Amazon Seller account. Attached is my letter that keeps getting rejected. I have tried many variations. I have tried using my name as the name of the company, using my name in the letterhead, and also using my store name in the letterhead. Any ideas that can help me get approved or any mistakes I am making? Thanks in advance for your help.
POWER TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY
The undersigned SMALLWORLD MERCHANDISING (herein after, the “Company”), duly represented by Jason Small, owner, confirms that Jason Small is authorized to open a Selling on Amazon payment account with Amazon Payments, accept the User Agreement and other Policies, have access to the Selling on Amazon payment account and initiate transactions in the name and on behalf of the Company.

Have you tried changing the date to 10/2/2024?
Does your name match exactly what's on Amazon, eg no middle initial?
