How to file a SAFE-T Guarantee claim for an A-Z Guarantee claim that was granted unjustly?
Hi guys,
Does anyone know how to actually access the SAFE-T Guarantee claim page?
I can’t seem to find anything that relates to it on amazon sellercentral UK at all!
Best regards
Luke

SAFE T , whilst mentioned by a mod is for a-z claims, is usually only for SFP orders and can be found on the orders drop down menu - its only there for SFP registered sellers

It’s outrageous, isn’t it?
Did you appeal the claim decision? You sometimes get lucky.

Appealed but they upheld their original decision, as always. Absolutely vile place to sell as ever

Amazon granted every single DELIVERED A-Z claim we’ve had. It’s unjust. There is coordinates from scan. Why can’t Amazon accept this?

Send SFP then there are no A-Z ever. You can use Safe-T Claims.
BUT everything has to be sent using Buy Shipping and fast if 1 or 2 day delivery using RM Tracked 24 or DPD, or Amz 1-day shipping. You also have to ship over a weekend on at least 1 day.

To file a Safe-T claim the claim need to meet a certain criteria. The details can be found if you click on the magnifying glass on the top right hand side corner and type Safe-T. On the forum they do not allow hyperlinks.

Hi I also have had and A-z claim with tracking & gps on the door step. I have forwarded details to my Royal mail acc manager. They tell me that Amazon have told them they will honour RM tracking. Clearly they dont but if we all hassel RM may be they may push Amazon to accepting the RM tracking!!!

I’ve had another A-Z pop up overnight with no warning. Customer claims to have not received the item, RM tracking shows it was delivered to him last week.
I could just about accept that RM may have misdelivered the item so the customer has not in fact got it and is therefore entitled to a refund, but it seems tremendously unfair that this claim will no doubt count against our ODR when it is eventually found against us as they usually are.
