You pick a delivery method that is appropriate to your product, with appropriate insurance and speed for your requirements. General logic would go the quicker the better (and I assume with somethign like a solar panel, its expensive so you'd want to use a courier)
You could choose FBA if you think that would work, you could look at Seller Fulfilled Prime. there's all sorts of options.

Goodness, would customers even look on Amazon for solar panels - I don't think I would ?!
If you are new to Amazon then you need to read Amazon's Seller University, and watch all their instructional videos - a LOT of information to take in before you launch. Type in seller university to blue search bar at top of homepage.
