Amazon restricted an ASIN with insane reason!

Hello,

Amazon has been restriced one of our ASIN and this ASIN is a bundle product which consisting two ASINs and there have not any restriction of these ASINs individually.

Amazon says "Recommended changes to be done: Kindly upload product images (all sides), along with the product packaging (secondary packaging) and ingredient list (should be present on packaging) on product detail page in your listing for further review.

Unlicensed medicines, prescription only medicines, pharmacy only medicines and GSL (General Sales List) medicines containing aloxiprin, aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen are prohibited on Amazon.co.uk."

I was thought it was a mistake and I appealed with creating a case and I explained the product is "bundle" and there have not any prohibited or prescption only or medicine ingredients. And also I uploaded restricted ASIN photos all sides and also I upload all photos belong with seperated ASINs. I even added an SDS file to it.

But amazon sending the same reply every time without reading my messages. My inventory has been stranded due to this issue and the worst part is that I can't talk to a reasonable person.

Is one of your products a medicine as mentioned above?

Could you share the ASIN with us?
