Account is deactivated due High – Repeat violation
Our 4-year-old Amazon account was recently deactivated due to repeated violations of the restricted product policy. Amazon is now saying they won’t reopen the account at all. Has anyone else faced this? Is there any chance of reinstatement, or is it truly a permanent ban?

We cannot say unless you post the email you received, but sometimes it is the end of the line if you have had multiple violations.
