You can purchase the UPC from GS1. They offer a package with a one-time fee for a single UPC, so there’s no need for annual renewal.

More to the point, that is the ONLY place you can purchase a UPC to use on Amazon,

i purchase my UPC 's from {Content Removed} they are free this week but normally $99 its better than GS1 and they work with Amazon .
