Merging duplicate product SKU's
Hey,
We sell using FBA and i have had no end of problems with amazon receiving stock incorrectly and adding those products to different skus listed on the ASIN(which have since been decommissioned for various reasons).
Their most recent fiasco means they have somehow managed to book stock in under 3 products - which are all the same ASIN - but will different SKU's.
A support agent told me this is a mistake and the stock has not been shared across them, but that it, in error, shows in all 3 SKU's.
I want to merge the duplicates so that i only have offering on the product page. Im scared if i delete the two versions which i dont want - they will Bin off my stock. And given the problems I've had recently i think that probably would happen.
Can anyone help me with how to merge duplicate SKU's across the same ASIN?
Please and thanks!

If you still have offers placed against the ASIN, even ones that are out of stock, you shouldn't be adding new offers.
You should only have one FBA SKU for each product. If you're discontinuing one and adding a different one, you should be deleting the one you don't want to use any more first.
The only solution I can suggest is having them all returned to you, deleting the SKUs you don't want to use anymore, then sending them back in.

Hello @Seller_rGW6usoRw6l41,
I am Spencer with Amazon.
Do you have a case ID for me so I can investigate?
