Can I upload A+ content with Brand Approval only?

Hi everyone,

Please advise if there's any possibility of uploading A+ content after having a Brand Approval by Amazon, and without registering the TM and brand on Amazon? I've got Brand Approval and I'm able to do the listing, just want to confirm if A+ content can also be uploaded on Brand Approval.

Access to A+ Content on Amazon does require that your brand is enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry. Enrolling in the Brand Registry, in turn, requires that you have a registered (or at least pending) trademark for your brand.

It sounds like when you mention "Brand Approval," you may be referring to Amazon allowing you to list products under your brand name even without the full Brand Registry enrollment. This approval is sometimes granted but doesn’t come with the extra features of the Brand Registry, like A+ Content.

So, to answer your question: without enrolling in the Amazon Brand Registry (which requires a trademark), it won’t be possible to upload A+ Content, even if you have approval to use your brand name in listings.
