Help fixing Restricted Products Policy Violation
My product was made inactive to to "Restricted Products Policy Violation". I have tried over a week with numerous calls/emails to correct this, but no fix!
My product is a charcoal gummy. One rep told me "charcoal" is considered an addictive product so that' why.. I don't think they know what they're talking about.
All the reps I've spoken to are in India. THERE IS A LAUGUAGE BARRIER.
How do I talk to a US-based representative? I need help!!!!!!!!!!
