New Warning message on Seller page

I ve got new warning message on seller page for Additional Information Required to Verifying Account. Anyone got this message ?
We are doing business on amazon since 7 years but dont know why this message appeared today. We did send verified this account. I chatted with Amazon and person told me there is some technical issue and they aware of it. He said it will be sorted soon. If anyone has received this message please confirm.

Yes, we got it when we had to go through Reverification.

Is there anything red on your Account Info page?

I’d be more than a little wary of what someone in support tells you.
It’s quite feasible that they are doing a know your customer check on you.
They come up every so often.

So check your notifications. Though knowing Amazon, it can take a while before the actual notification appears.

BEWARE Guys… Received this rather clever phishing attempt yesterday -

Yes, I’ve just been through the faff of this with Amazon.

The portal kept telling me to upload a ‘letter of authorisation’ (I’m a sole trader so that didn’t make much sense to me as I was writing a letter authorising myself, but whatever).

Tried for about 6 weeks and it kept being rejected, spoke to seller support who were useless.

In the end it turns out they just wanted a document with my UTR number on it, uploaded to the ‘letter of authorisation’ portal.

So I rang HMRC, requested the ‘welcome to HMRC self employment’ letter with my UTR on it, uploaded and was sorted in a day.

I was getting the same mixed messages from the web portal, seller support and email.

In the end seller support told me that ‘the information on website isn’t always right so always go on what the email says’.
