ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 Omni Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo Returned used and refunded

Orde ID- 701-5174230-0324202

Customer Ordered a Floor vaccuum and he got trouble and asked us to get a return label. We provided the return lable and told the buyer or return acceptance authourization that we will inspect and check for the problem and condition of the product before refunding.

We got the product back and send the buyer pictures of the used product to the buyer. We got further reply with more complaints about the machine when we said machine was prfactly fine and no issue with its operations.

The Amazon later refunded the customer even our written information with the pictures that machine is used and returned without any issue and all these problem started when we send the pictures and refused for the refund.

Later our appeal got rejected and buyer got the full refund and we got the used machine machine.

We got an email from Amazon for a partial refund on 13th July (attached) did a partialf refund and on appeal refusal on 17th July ( full refund deducted from my account)

If any one have the same type of experience please write here, I want amazon staff to reappeal the decision.
