Legally you would have to prove the item was delivered to the address, on Amazon often even a signature may not be enough to defend an A-Z claim as it’s not a fully tracked service.

Legally you would have to prove the item was delivered to the address, on Amazon often even a signature may not be enough to defend an A-Z claim as it’s not a fully tracked service.
