Not Authorized, you do not have access to merchant or market place

I had an account and selling in the US market. I have sent my first shippment to Amazon warehouse, the next day my account was locked with no reason the only page I could access was

Not Authorized, you do not have access to merchant or market place please choose different market place.

I could not access anything else in my account not even being able to call them or being able to get in touch with anyone except submitting forms that I can't log in to my account and the responses I got was only resetting my password, resetting a new email address, askng for a screenshot of the error and no way to send it as the emails they email me from does not accept incoming emails. I did everything I can. at last I created a new account to be able to call someone and talk to somebody or even get to the fourms, but the call me button is not available. Please help me.

I didn't violate any of Amazon's policy, My item was kitchen spatula, the day it became available in Amazon FBA the day I got my account locked and the options I have for selling countries are only Euporean countries, that makes me think it could be a server error for detecting my location or something like that. ( I do not and I never used VPN)
