Buyer's email address?
I used to find it by downloading the order report, but I have noticed that recently the email address is no longer there. I want to send a parcel not with Buy Shipping and I would like an email address, any idea where I could find it? Thanks

You will only ever get the Amazon hashed email, not their direct email and if you use that Amazon will usually block it from external addresses.
If you upload the tracking properly to Amazon they will forward it to your customer.
If the courier needs an email to book the parcel, just use yours, at least you can keep an eye on it.

If you download the order report, convert the txt file to Excel and the buyer’s Amazon email shows in column H.
