Old Product Title Appearing
Hi All,
Is there anyone from Amazon who could help with this please. Amazon system picking old title and populating it elsewhere. Scenario is
1. I created a product in UK (I am UK Seller and use FBA UK) with title as an example : ABC DEF
2. Product was replicated to EU markets (title shows in English for Ireland, for others countries in local language). Title is same ABC DEF in EU countries (with correct conversion)
3. I realised mistake in title and edited it changed it to say ABC GHI but this is not reflected in other EU markets; so I went and edited the title manually in German language ( in German market); but when I open this listing in customer view on amazon portal, when I toggle the language icon to English (via change language English - EN) then title still shows old one i.e. ABC DEF.
Question is: Why is German market picking up old English title which is not present in UK market itself; even in German market German title is correct, so where is this old English title being picked from. How to get this corrected. Raised multiple tickets, recent one is : 11755933742
4. Slightly different problem, seems cause is same, I enabled UAE market recently, and same product got replicated in UAE, but this shows old title as ABC DEF; now this title is not even there in UK as of today, how did BIL sync (or any other process that replicated ASIN in UAE) where did that pick 4 months old title data. Ticket raised: 11756629392, they refreshed it and title matches to UK.
But there seems to be some root cause issue, i.e. Amazon system is picking 4 month old data, how to get that old title removed or make sure it's not replicated. For now each of amazon team want me to deal for same ASIN with different country support which is long winded process.
UAE and ireland are simpler cases as they show in English only, but other EU countries show in multiple languages via toggle button and I am not sure how to get that title (via language toggle) updated.

Hello @Seller_ukx1K9S8cM6lK,
Thank you for your post and sharing all the details. The core problem seems to be related to Amazon's cross-border listing synchronization process, where the system is accessing and replicating old title data instead of the updated information. This is causing the incorrect titles to appear in other markets, even after you've made manual corrections.
Our team is looking into this issue to identify the root cause and a permanent solution. In the meantime, please continue working with the individual marketplace support teams to update the titles.
Regards,
Adam
