Merging Listing & Vine Reviews, Help needed

Hello,

I'm writing here as my last resort after my case going nowhere with customer service. I merged 2 of my ASINs into one listing with parent/child variation) and overnight I lost 2 reviews (from 7 to 5). The reviews were Vine reviews so I don't understand why they would go as there were no violation... Those reviews are important to me as a new seller. @Michelle_Amazon I saw your name in a different thread in the same topic and it seems you might be able to help?
