Age verification service

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently been advised by Amazon some of my listed products (alcohol) require an age verification service. I had initially though choosing restricted product when purchasing labels was sufficient but clearly not.

I've been actively trying to integrate the required verification services into my Prime orders, but for some reason, it’s not showing up. Interestingly, the verification seems to be working perfectly on my Click & Drop system, but not on Prime.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

I spoke to the click & drop team who advised the Age verification service should reflect on Prime after 48 hours but its now been a week.

I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions from the community. Are there specific settings I should check, or perhaps a different process for integrating verification services on Prime versus other platforms?
