I have some questions regarding how to download the buyer's photo. My product is a customisable item where the buyer can upload a photo and add text. My question is: How can I access the uploaded photo?

Underneath the font colour, ther should be a blue link that says customisation information, you click this and it will open up another tab with a preview of your image along with the attached file to download.
