GS1 Barcodes not working on Amazon
I bought some GS1 barcodes from https://www.gs1uk.org/.
I setup the first one a couple of weeks ago but still get an error when adding inventory and using the assigned number
It give the message along the lines of ‘you are using codes that do not match the products…’
Any clues what issues might be?

What brand name are you using on the listing and are you brand registered ?

Are you choosing ‘EAN’ in the dropdown menu when you add the number?

What is an example EAN you are trying to use?

Have you tried searching the EAN across different Amazon sites as sometimes this error will come up if the EAN has been used on an another Amazon site at which point you will need to prove that you are the legitimate owner to Amazon.
