If you are on an individual plan, then Amazon sets the rates of shipping automatically.
Sellers who are on a professional plan, can set their own shipping rates. This can be done in the shipping settings page. You can set different rates depending on region/country or even per weight.

As said above, to set your own shipping costs you need to be on the professional selling plan where you pay £30 a month, otherwise Amazon will charge the customer their default shipping charge for the category (eg. £2.80 for books, £1.26 for DVDs/CDs).
where do I find the shipping cost price. - that will depend on the weight and size of your items, and which carrier you choose to use.
