Selling same item private label
I’m interested in purchasing some items on Alibaba. I have my own brand which is registered on the Amazon brand registry. So I’m selling private label. My question is about the items on Alibaba I am interested in somebody else is already selling on Amazon under their own brand, to avoid any complications or intellectual property disputes. What are the general rules and advice for me also to sell this product under my own brand I.e keep my pictures completely different, wording in the ad etc and basically things to avoid just to save any disputes thank you for your time Mike

yes, everything must be your own - branding, images, description etc
just make sure (especially going on the amount on here atm) that there are no design rights registered for the product in question
