Changing Attributes... why is it so difficult!?
Hello,
We recently uploaded a load of products but realised we accidentally put the size in wrong.
Now, we can't change the size via the edit tool or via a file upload, as Amazon say there is a conflict. In other words, they take your first answer as final and you can't change anything, regardless of whether it's your own branded listing or not.
I've tried just about everything, but they are telling me to delete all these products and start again.
How can it be so difficult just to change one product attribute?

I have had similar issues in the past and unless others know of secret way, then yes doing an "X" delete and waiting at least 24hrs is the only to "flush" the system for you to then be able to change product info, and I will say, there have been times when I have completed an "x" delete, uploaded a new flat file and still had issues. I have had it before where titles have been locked down, and the only way to change them is via an appeal or delete and re-upload.

We are having a similar issue, we want to update the manufacturer and manufacturer contact details attribute which are locked. We have tried so many times to contact seller support but they say we are not brand owners. We are the owners and only seller so no idea why they say this. Just dont know how to get these attributes updated, can anyone please guide. Thanks
Delete of listing is very scary so dont want to try that.
