Add new marketplaces issue

Hi
I have an issue adding new marketplaces. I have several accounts which are in “pending registration” status but when I try to complete registratio in Europe it shows me an error message which says that one of my accounts have been terminated.
So the support advised me to delete accounts with “pending registration” status and then start the registration process again.
How can I delete them? I can not enter those accounts as they are not ready for work

What exactly do you mean by “Several accounts”?
An Amazon account when opened on the UK market, covers all of the EU accounts as well.
So if you have opened a single account and you can see those markets, that is how is how it is supposed to be.
However, if you have opened multiple accounts and there is an issue with one of them, then you need to resolve the issue on that account before you have all accounts suspended fully.

But you really need to explain better as to exactly what it is that has happened.

I tried to register for sell globally option and was asked to sign in, after signing in business details were asked to complete the registration. At that time, I didn’t have the supporting documents so i cancelled my registration process because at that time I didn’t want that marketplace.

As of today, when I tried to register for north American marketplace again, after logging in an error page is coming up " One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration" and cannot move anywhere.

Contacted with seller support of UK market place, they are suggesting to use new email credentials to signup seperatly for US marketplace.

Now the point is an account while registering via sell globally with incomplete registration process where business information was never feed is already terminated and if i register using new email address, will this trigger related account activity and will cause a suspension? what’s the way out? any solution?

can any one navigate me out of this situation?
