UPS Driver never scans FBA shipments. Now they go missing...
What can I do to escalate this and bring to UPS attention?
Their driver never scans my FBA parcels; which hasn't been a massive issue - it's the same guy who does pick ups for years. Usually I can only see update when parcel gets in my local depot in Luton.
But now one of the boxes went missing and Luton or any other depot never scanned it. Tracking still says label created, UPS expecting the parcel.
I cannot claim lost package, as there's no pickup scan. I cannot talk to local depot as they are impossible to reach by phone.
Please help!
