Amazon lending refinance

Hello,

I've been trying to get in touch with amazon lending to see if they will assist with refinancing some lending.

The monthly payments with our existing loan is just too high, We don't wish to borrow more but to refinance what's outstanding to make it more affordable.

As anyone had any refinance offers recently? Is there a way to contact Amazon lending as we seem to get just stock replies.

You can contact them and quote that you are in financial hardship.

They may reach out to you, but I wouldn't hold your breath on it.

Otherwise, it's a case of waiting for that next offer, which as long as you continue to sell at at least the same rate, it should come through to you.

They normally offer after about 3-4 months.

Use the contact email on the lending page, explain what you want in simple english and how you plan to repay it. eventually they should ring you but be aware they ring at obscure times from abroad

We have been facing the same problems with Amazon Lending.

They are hopeless in helping out once they have given out the loan. We have had to open multiple cases after which they have replied.Still they have not helped.

I would suggesting that you get in touch with the senior management at Amazon or even the directors, as Amazon will not help a single bit if the seniors are not involved.

To be honest, we are fed up with Amazon Lending and would not recommend to use this. It will be less of a headache to approach the bank.

Just thought I'd post that I have read an article published on fortune<dot>com that confirms Amazon have ceased offering loans via Amazon Lending.

I guess we all knew this was coming since they introduced a partnership with YouLend, but still going to be a sad day for many people that came to rely on Amazon Lending.

I for one cannot wait to not have an Amazon loan to repay, but I know lots of others rely heavily on them so I wonder whether it will cause some sellers to go out of business...
