invoice request
I have a question that's been on my mind. My partner and I want to engage in retail arbitrage from Turkey to the UK. However, while the UK company is under my name, the Turkish company is under my partner's name. As far as I know, when we purchase products from here and send them to your warehouses, and when Amazon requests an invoice, it should be in the name of the owner of the Amazon account. However, since we have separate companies, how can we resolve this issue, or would this pose a problem for you? I would appreciate your assistance.
As a solution, we have considered having me, who is the owner of the Amazon account in the Turkish company, also become a partner, and have both my and my partner's names listed on the invoice. Additionally, is it necessary for me to make my partner a shareholder in my UK company?

I’ll be honest I’ve read that 5 times and I can’t work out who is listed as the owner of the Amazon accounts or who owns the companies in Turkey or the UK.
In short any invoices you are at any point requested to provide (and you may never have to) would need to be in the name of the business on the amazon UK account.
retail arbitrage though, are you listing these goods as new? As you may struggle to prove a valid supply chain if doing retail arbitrage.

I would go further than thirty three’s great advice and comments and say it’s all completely muddled! Don’t do retail arbitrage on Amazon- they don’t like it- you can’t list new only used- and retail receipts won’t be accepted if they ask for them- especially in someone else’s name!
