Want to downgrade my account but the option isn't there under account management

I am trying to downgrade my professional seller account as cannot afford the monthly fee, but the first attempt failed and the option is now not there. I’ve contacted seller support twice now and got the same standard advice to follow the steps I’ve already done, even though on the second contact I attached a screenshot of the problem. I’m pulling my hair out, and suggestions?

Go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services Sell on Amazon - Manage - and downgrade. to individual plan from professional.

It will say 'pending' until your next monthly payment would have been due.

By the way, it is not downgrading your ACCOUNT, just the selling PLAN.
