Lost the Buy Box (Featured Offer) of the Asins in my Amazon Accout in UK Site
As a new Amazon seller, I started my store one month ago. Since then, I have been continuously shipping my products to Amazon, but I have not seen the buy box for my products until they became available for sale. Not knowing what the issue was, I could only blindly seek help from “Amazon seller support”, but this did not resolve my problem at all. It was not until I read posts in the forum that I realized many sellers were experiencing the same issue as me. Hence, I also hope that Amazon can resolve the problem of my store not having a buy box and help me restore my sales on Amazon, I would be most grateful. (case ID: 11382089592)
