Amazon's response:
Since buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we will only remove feedback for the following reasons:
- Feedback contains obscenities
- The feedback contains personally identifiable information about the seller
- The entire feedback comment is about an item
- The entire feedback comment is about the delivery of an Amazon delivery order or customer service
And this comment fits the third point ‘ The entire feedback comment is about an item’
So please delete this feedback.
