Hi,

I paid my VAT liability twice to Amazon, I paid by bank transfer and a few days later they withdrew the same amount from my account.

My question is, how do I best go about reclaiming a refund from Amazon for one of those payments?

I have all the relevant screenshots and proof they need, I have opened a support ticket but those go unanswered.

Any insight or help would be much appreciated.
