I cannot schedule an appointment for the video call verification

Hello, my account is suspended due to the need for identity verification via video call. However, after submitting my nation ID card and credit card statement, I cannot schedule an appointment for the video call verification. The system shows an error and asks me to try again in 2-3 days. But after 2 days, I returned, and the system still shows the same error, asking me to try again in another 2-3 days. What should I do?
