That is most likely the fee for having the professional selling plan. If that's not what you want then you'd need to open a case with Support to ask for a refund.
You'd also need to go into your Account Info and downgrade to the individual selling plan to prevent another charge next month.

Just to clarify also, an Individual Account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items, such as books, DVDs, CDs etc. If you intend to buy goods to sell on for profit then you MUST have an Amazon BUSINESS Seller Account
You can still be on the individual plan where you do not pay the £30 a month fee, and as above reply, you will need to downgrade the plan from your account info page.
