Dear Forum Members,

I have an issue with an FBA shipment on Amazon that was incorrectly received. When attempting to add a document confirming the shipped quantity, I encounter an error: "Status / Action not provided. Please select an option for each product under the 'Status / Action Required' column in order to submit this request." Unfortunately, I have no option to select "Status / Action Required" anywhere.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Do you have any suggestions or advice on how I can resolve this? I am eager to find a quick solution to this matter, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you already try to solve the problem via Selling Partner Support? If not, I would kindly ask to open a case. If you already have a case ID, would you kindly post it, so I can have a look myself?
