FBM shipments
Hello Everyone
I am new to Amazon selling. I use FBM, and when I receive orders, I buy shipping using USPS Ground Advantage from Amazon, and it gets accepted, and I receive a tracking ID, but the issue is that it doesn't deliver or change anything. I contacted the carrier, and they said they didn't receive the product. Amazon isn't supposed to handle the product to the carrier. If not, then how can I handle the product to the carrier.

STOP AND PUT YOUR ACCOUNT ON VACATION NOW! FBM is fulfilled by merchant-that's you! You are responsible for shipping with the carrier using the label you purchased from Amazon. You are advertising that you have a product-you have to ship it to the buyer.
Go to Seller University and actually research how to sell on Amazon.

After you buy the shipping, you then need to take the package to the post office, or arrange to have your mail carrier pick it up from you.
It won't just magically transport there.
But I'm suspecting that your problem goes deeper. Do you actually have in your possession the items that you are selling?

I thought nothing could surprise me here anymore....................

It's not "it", it's YOU! If you don't package and bring to the post office or some other freight forwarder, the product will NOT go nowhere! Don't say you are doing dropshipping or worse, that you didn't buy the product BEFORE listing it....
