If you are asking about having multiple selling accounts the answer is yes, providing that you are following specific guidelines. These are available in the Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy Seller University video.

If you are referring to having multiple Stores in the Amazon Advertising Console, the answer is yes, but each brand store requires each brand to be enrolled in Brand Registry. Also please note that currently, 1 store for 1 brand (you cannot have Brand B curated in a store under Brand A)
