Seeking Help regarding Removing Negative Feedback

I have received a negative feedback, order id is 205-2133017-1637919. The customer stated "I purchased this on Amazon.I have prime account so why do I have to pay for the return ? Purchased this very expensive candle as a special gift. Was surprised that it was an ALDI product . My daughter bought one from Aldi store for less than a third of the price ."
Regarding Amazon Prime customer, the payment of return postage or delivery is set by the Amazon itseff. We as a seller neither dealing nor have any involvement in this matter. If the customer has any complaint they should have considered reaching out to Amazon Customer Service not in the Seller Feedback.
The remaining half of the feedback is a product review. From the feedback you can observe that it is infact a product review related to the product and its price. Clearly it conflicts with the customer feedback policy on Amazon. Moreover, As a customer anyone has options to check and buy from different places. We are FBM seller. As per our sourcing and other necessary cost are concern the price is perfectly understandable. And lastly, the feedback clearly doesn't state anything with the shopping experience. Meaning, the comment left on the customer feedback violates the policy regarding Amazon own customer feedback policy.
I have applied for request removal through the feedback manager but it didn't work. Then wrote an email to reopen the case/appeal, but within a few moments a roobotic automated reply came stating they can not procced with the request.
Could anybody help me regarding the issue? Thank you so much in advance.
