I am unable to get paid at the moment, I use the same bank account I have with Amazon for last 17 years standard Halifax deposit account, why am I getting this trouble.
I just get' Your bank account is not eligible for receiving disbursement due to pending Know Your Customer (KYC) action according to your payment service provider. Please work with your PSP to complete the required action and receive disbursement to the bank account.
I have tried resetting but then have to wait another three days and then the same happens.

Is it in your business name? it could just be rules have changed on what Amazon will accept even though you've used it before.
