As a newbie I just want to understand 1 thing we do we need an LLC company for wholesale FBA model. I know we need LLC because wholesalers ask for company name and tax number but we do some people make their accounts on company documents instead of their individual IDs

You don’t need an LLC to sell on Amazon.
If the legal entity that is selling on Amazon is an LLC then that’s whose name should be on the account. Beneficial owners of the LLC will also have to submit their documents for verification purposes.
