Phone Seller Support Error: Support currently unavailable. No support agents are available right now. Please try again later.

Hello,

I have been attempting to open a case with Seller Support via phone call request for the better part of the past week.

Each time I try and request a call I get a red error code that reads "Support currently unavailable. No support agents are available right now. Please try again later."

I simply do not believe phone support agents have not been available for the past week. I suspect a glitch or a purposeful throttle of my phone requests.

I have been able to open a case via email and chat, but those are not my preferred means of communicating at the moment with my specific case.

I am contacting Seller Support in regards to an entire lost FBA shipment. I realize this is an issue that is experience by many sellers and am wondering if anyone else has had the same error message when opening a case via phone request for this issue.

The process by which I am attempting to open a case is as follows: Help --> Get help and resources --> Inventory Lost in FBA Warehouse --> Enter FNSKU --> Contact an associate --> Additional Details --> Review and Submit --> Enter Phone Number and Request Call.

After all that the red error message appears.

I did open a chat support case with the ID: 16628301151

Also, the Lost FBA Shipment ID is: FBA18FDSWZT1

Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

I have had EXACTLY the same issue. FBA shipment ID 18GSGH5LD  I sent in over 800 units in the same box. 459 unit missing. I cannot get a call back and get the same red message for last several weeks. Totally terrible to sell on Amazon

Hello @Seller_FS8ATQ5BFuqIs and all other sellers who are participating or going through the same issue,

I received a response regarding this matter.

In this case, we confirm that depending on the nature of the investigation, not all seller support offers phone support.

Regarding the error in the screenshot, it occurs when we do not have enough agents available to handle all phone support requests at the moment.

We are working to improve this, but we do not have an estimated timeframe for when it will be resolved.
