Shipping And Delivery Issues.
Hi Everyone: Lat month I was shut down for delivery issues. I thought I followed what Amazon had requested but it seems to not be working. My performance started at 99% and now I am below 75%. In the past three years I was ALWAYS at 96 to 98% Amazon . I ONLY use Amazon shipping for ALL of my orders and I ONLY use the top shipper that Amazon tells me to use. ALL of my orders are shipped within 2 to 24 hours using ONLY who Amazon states for me to ship. One of the problems I see is that UPS, Fedex or the post office delays my shipping delivery date for no reason at all. HOW CAN I BE PUNISHED AS I DO NOT WORK FOR THESE CARRIERS YET I AM BEING THREATENED AND PuNISHED FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER. AMAZON GO BACK TO YOUR OLD DELIVERY PROGRAMS. Is anyone else having the same problem? AMAZON HELP PLEASE

If you don't have both AHT (Automated Handling Time) and SSA (Shipping Setting Automation) enabled, then yes, Amazon absurdly holds you directly accountable for carrier delays. The only way to protect yourself is to enable these settings on your account.

It is cause Amazon hates us and that's what we have come to believe especially with the uptick in theft they are allowing on returns comes down to it is almost cheaper to donate items to goodwill then sell to these scamazon customers.

im at 78%, I have about a week to get to 90% or less, I dont know if I will make it there, FBA seems very inefficient and ineffective judging from what others are posting, lost shipments, etc. We will see what is going to happen.

Hey Mega, Sounds like you need to add some processing time to your listings so you have more time. Go to edit your listings and its on the first page, Set how many days you need to process. I have found that the post office is running really slow and this will help you. Also if you have automation on just go to the shipping profile and click it off.
