The parcel was successfully received in February. One week after receiving it, I checked the inventory ledger and found that it was transferred to different warehouses, but there was no stock available for sale at the front desk.

You can start an investigation about your shipping by going to the Contents tab in your shipment summary.

Here's the help page that shows you how: Reconcile your shipment.

This is the best way to submit it since your case will go directly to the right team.
