Case ID in brand registry don't match with Varification mail received by our tradmark agent.
Hi,
We have raised 2 requests for brand registry.
They are pending the verification from our trademark agent by mail.
The mails our agent has received has different case IDs then our application case ID. When we submitted them, our application got rejected.
Case IDs don't match in our application and the verification email.
What to do ?
