I am having the same problem. My account was deactivated in August and I have sent numerous statements and had a video interview. Today I had an email saying they are not reactivating my account so will not be disbursing my funds of £110.91

They say they feel my account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity. Failing to verify my supply chain or submitting fabricated documents!

I am the sole owner and inventor of my product Mutts Ear Mitts and also own the Trademark for it. I was selling on Amazon for a number of years until they kept changing their policies so I stopped but I thought I would give them a try again. I only put about 5 of my products on here and they sold straight away with no problems, no returns asked for and great reviews.

They clearly haven't bothered to contact my suppliers or my manufacturer to confirm who I am.

I have given all statements and details they have asked for yet, they still won't disburse my funds.

I understand they have to do their checks but do they really do them? I don't think so!

Who's conning who here? I really need my payment now and just want to finish with Amazon!

I'm now thinking of contacting the Ombudsman because I've had enough now and can't take anymore stress.
