Missing products from Alibaba!
My products have not arrived from Alibaba, after 5 months. Amazon has acknowledged the discrepancy, but stated it is ‘closed’. Does that mean they will not investigate, will I get reimbursed for the products?

Not from amazon if they were never sent there

Yep, tracking number used to try to identify its position. But no response!! Alibaba stated after 90 days, no complaints can be investigated

Yea, I sent two orders at the same time, one to my home address which arrived, the other to FBA, has not yet arrived, I think my shipping technique was good, just the product disappeared, or not sent.

I would suggest if the supplier isn’t responding when you ask for tracking that they never sent the items. Were they labelling/prepping them too for you?
Presumably they’d given you box weights etc for the shipment
