Parallel Import
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I recently received a notice regarding an account violation and have submitted all the requested documents as instructed. Despite this, my issue remains unresolved, and there has been no change in my account status.
I a having difficulty understanding why the issue has not been addressed despite the submission of the required documents. If there are any additional details or further documentation needed to resolve this issue, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate clear guidance on the next steps I should take to rectify this situation.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
@Winston_Amazon @Simon_Amazon

"Dear Amazon Support Team,"
This isn't the support team, we are all just other sellers, but I see you have tagged in a couple of forum mods, so hopefully one of them will respond .

it does sometimes depend what you are selling and what documentation you are supplying.
For example a branded items one might have purchased from a retail shop is often flagged as a parallel import as the brand owner can’t see that you have purchased the item from them or one of their suppliers (or they only allow certain sellers to sell their lines on Amazon)
Not saying this is the case, but parallel import can certainly mean other things on amazon

That's the issue right there. Amazon is a retailer and not a recognised/accepted link in the supply chain.
If you had listed the item as "Used - as new" you would probably have been ok.
